Group Classes:

Train at home with videos presented by our Positively Fit Lake Highlands team. Carol, Nichole, and Mallory will be delivering 3-5 classes to you each week. Grab the kids if you want and start moving!

Includes Classes such as:

Zumba
Cardio Kickboxing
HIIT/Boot Camp
Pop Pilates
Barre

Light or medium weights or even soup cans at home will be helpful but are not required.

Want to work out at home but not feeling the app?

Our trainers can write a workout program and deliver it via email or text for you! Workouts come with video links to help you understand the moves, and they will be customized to your physical abilities and goals as well as your workout equipment and space, whether it be a hotel gym with some equipment or a living room with a few dumbbells. Contact us today to get started!

Local clients may add an optional 30-minute in-person session to check form and measure progress as often or little as you'd like.
